How to Download Company Documents from MCA Portal
Learn how to access and download certified copies of company documents including financial statements, annual returns, and incorporation documents for due diligence.
Prerequisites
- Business User account on MCA portal
- CIN or company name
- Payment method (credit/debit card/net banking)
- Digital Signature Certificate (for some services)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Register as Business User
Create a Business User account on MCA portal. Click "Register" and fill in your details. Verify email and mobile number.
Login to Portal
Login with your Business User credentials. Navigate to "MCA Services" → "View Public Documents" or "Get Certified Copies".
Search Company
Enter the CIN or company name. Select the correct company from search results.
Select Document Category
Choose the category of documents: Incorporation Documents, Charge Documents, Annual Returns, Financial Statements, or Others.
Select Specific Documents
Browse the year-wise list and select specific documents you need. You can select multiple documents.
Make Payment
Pay the prescribed fee (typically ₹50-100 per document). Payment can be made via card or net banking.
Download Documents
After payment, documents are available for download. They are typically in PDF format with digital signature.
