These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the WeeDoo website, APIs, mobile applications, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("LEI Register Services", "we", "our" or "us"). Throughout these Terms the words “you” and “your” refer to each visitor, user, or customer of the Platform. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy (together, the "Policies"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Policies, you must not access or use the Platform.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version to the Platform and indicating the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted for at least 30 days. Your continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The WeeDoo Service

WeeDoo is a data‑as‑a‑service (DaaS) platform that aggregates, analyses, and delivers public‑domain and licenced information on companies incorporated under India’s Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Key features include:

• Company Snapshots – basic identification and compliance records.
• Public Document Retrieval – purchase and automatic delivery of company filings.

We may enhance, replace, or discontinue any feature in our sole discretion; such changes will also be covered by these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account. You represent that you (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have legal capacity to enter a binding contract; and (c) will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information ("Registration Data") and keep it updated. You authorise LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED to share Registration Data with service providers strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.

Registrering an account is necessary to consume some of the information on the Site. Therefore we offer different means of registration. By registrering an account User acknowledges that his or her data is shared with the Platform.

Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third‑party right.
2. Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
3. Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its related systems.
4. Use automated scripts (including crawlers, bots, or scrapers) to extract data except via officially documented WeeDoo APIs under a valid licence.
5. Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit any portion of the content without a written agreement with LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take any action we deem necessary to enforce this section.

Intellectual Property & Licence

All text, graphics, data compilations, software, and other materials available on the Platform ("Content") are the copyrighted and/or trademarked work of LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual‑property laws. LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED grants you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and display Content for your internal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

Third‑Party Content & Links

The Platform may display or link to third‑party websites, data feeds, advertisements, or services. LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED does not endorse or assume any responsibility for third‑party resources, and your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

Disclaimers

1. No Warranties. The Platform and all Content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
2. Data Accuracy. We endeavour to source data from official filings and reputable providers; however, we do not guarantee that any Content is complete, accurate, or current. You should independently verify information before acting on it.
3. No Professional Advice. Content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising out of or related to the Platform. In any event, LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual‑property or other rights of any third party.

Fees, Payments, Refunds

Once purchased on LEI REGISTER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED Site, all information, reports, content, and access rights are considered non-refundable and non-cancellable. Therefore, reviewing product/service details, delivery times and factsheets before making a purchase or subscription is important. The information provided in the reports will be delivered to the best of our ability and is subject to availability from public sources.

However, if an ordered item is not delivered, we will refund the payment made for that particular item.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform.

Upon termination or suspension, regardless of the reasons therefore, your right to use the services available on this site immediately ceases, and you acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or this site. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection with such termination or suspension.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflicts‑of‑law principles.
