ROC Late-Fee Amnesty (CCFS-2026) Extended to 31 August 2026 — 90% Waiver on Overdue Filings

MCA General Circular 03/2026 (8 July 2026) has extended the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme 2026 (CCFS-2026) from 15 July to 31 August 2026, citing service disruption after the 5 June data-centre fire.

What the scheme offers

  • Overdue AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A and ADT-1 filings can be regularised by paying the normal fee plus only 10% of the additional (late) fee — a 90% waiver.
  • Dormant-status filing (MSC-1) at 50% of the fee, strike-off (STK-2) at 25%.

What to do

If your company has skipped annual filings in any past year, this is the cheapest exit you will get — pull the pending list from the MCA portal and file before 31 August 2026. WeeDoo’s team can handle the backlog filings end to end.
